No. An extended warranty is a service contract, not insurance. Boat Protection Experts plans are backed by an A-rated (AM Best) insurance carrier.
Power boats, model year 2013 and newer, up to 80 feet. Model years 2016 and newer qualify for standard terms; 2013 to 2015 qualify with shorter terms. Sailboats and personal watercraft are not eligible.
Plans cover engines and major mechanical components. Exact covered components, limits, terms and deductibles depend on the plan and are spelled out in your proposal and contract.
